A new study out last week confirms the importance of lifestyle in longevity.
Check it out for yourself here.
The four things to do are:
1. Being smoke free.
2. Getting regular moderate exercise (or "physical activity" as the study says).
3. Moderate alcohol consumption.
4. Eating 5 servings of fruits OR vegetables per day.
My entry earlier this month on living longer with spunk and style was ironically
timely highlighting the importance of lifestyle choices.
This study, done over a period of decades, echoes the choices we can all make
to improve or keep our health as we get older.
The main point I want to make to you, my reader, is that all of the four things
listed as important for longevity are LIFESTYLE issues and NONE have anything
to do with medication. Does that tell you something?
Please take time to make good health choices. They matter and they can
matter big.
I think eat right and do exercise is good but we all eat nutritional right stuff
i been with pain in my low back and neck after a car accident and i took physical therapy and medicine and my doctor recommended a great product that i drink now and the more i drink my pain is gone i recommend you to visite my web sit it'not a joke believe that work.
This a nutritional juice of 19 fruits with a super fruit called açai berry that have high levels of antioxidant, phytonutrients, fatty acids like Omega 3,6,9,trace mineral like Calcium zinc among other, minerals the profile of the amino acid are similar than the egg:we are talking about one fruit that contain that only... plus the benefits of the other 18 fruit. the best way to know that this works is to try it ..believe that is very good.
